Kourtni came highly recommended from our in-laws who also re-located to Okotoks. Everything was new to us; Our family had just moved to Alberta, we had no clue about the market nor the process of buying a first home, we were overwhelmed by the fact that we didnt know what we wanted in a house and extremely skeptical of who to trust. We also had very little time to find our forever home and because my husband works out of town I had to bring my then 3yrs and 2yrs old to every single showing.
